■ Column 흡착 저감
Accura와 SUS Column을 입자의 충전 없이 LC와 연결해서 흡착력이 높은 올리고핵산의 용출을 비교했습니다. SUS Column에서는
초기 시료 주입 때부터 흡착이 크고, 연속적으로 시료를 주입해, SUS 표면에 올리고핵산이 흡착된 후에 조금씩 개선되지만,
20회를 주입해도 Accura보다 시료 용출률이 낮습니다. Accura는 처음부터 시료 흡착없이 안정적이고 양호한 감도와 회수율을 얻습니다.

■ 올리고핵산의 저흡착·고감도 분석 실현
Triart Bio C18 Column의 Accura와 SUS 제품을 통해서 올리고핵산 분석했습니다.
Accura에서는 SUS Column보다 흡착이 억제되어 Peak 높이가 높고 고감도로 검출할 수 있습니다.
